Procurement Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Oversight Analyst to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Procurement risk management team in conducting internal compliance reviews to identify potential risks and issues.
- Report and monitor corrective action plans to ensure timely implementation and effectiveness.
- Conduct constant process efficiency reviews and implement process automation to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Review Procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement mitigating controls to minimize risks.
- Develop and implement additional controls or changes to existing controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting.
- Previous experience in Procurement, Payables, Supply Chain, Controls, or related areas.
- Strong data analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
- Proactive and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of standard office-productivity tools, such as Excel data manipulation functions, and experience with SharePoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
