Expert Genetic Liaison Position
We are seeking an expert in genetic liaison to bridge cutting-edge genetic science with clinical application.
- Act as a technical contact point for physicians, clinical teams, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the interpretation of genetic tests and guide evidence-based practices.
- Represent the company at scientific events, congresses, and meetings in Brazil and Latin America.
- Develop and deliver training on genetics and genomics to diverse audiences.
- Create and review scientific materials and educational content.
- Foster partnerships with healthcare institutions, universities, and medical societies.
- Stay updated on trends in genomics, personalized medicine, and clinical innovation.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields.
- Master's or PhD in Human Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or related areas (preferred).
- Clinical or educational experience in medical genetics, genetic counseling, or molecular diagnostics.
- Fluency in Spanish – essential.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Previous experience as MSL, CGL, Scientific Educator, or similar role.
- Familiarity with NGS genetic tests.
- Experience in clinical laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic companies, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Scientific publications or active participation in conferences.
