Job Title: Operations Coordinator

The role of Operations Coordinator involves the completion and coordination of basic administrative tasks related to the front-line operation, including data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and local customer service.

Under close guidance, you will complete various activities such as:

  1. Supporting and scheduling loading/unloading processes for trucks and other vehicles.
  2. Releasing vehicles for pick-up and delivery.
  3. Monitoring and participating in the organization of the work environment.
  4. Updating warehouse, pick-up, and delivery reports, and entering/updating information in internal transport systems.
  5. Participating in dedicated operations and monitoring the performance of specific customers.
  6. Executing activities related to issue pre-alerts, executing administrative activities, generating reports, and collecting operational data to support the update of KPIs.
  7. Executing activities related to indoor and outdoor risk management and communicating pending issues to the Security sector.
  8. Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages as required.
  9. Preparing paperwork for outbound packages (airway bills, PO Box, and address).
  10. Assisting customers by answering questions on basic features of service.

Education:

  • High school diploma/equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Experience:

  • None to one (0-1) year clerical experience.

  • Data entry and/or general office skills.
  • Good human relations and communication skills.
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice.
  • Dynamic and creative.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Basic notions of customer service.
