About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to collaborate with our engineering team in designing and developing backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms, with experience in systems architectural styles and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in high-level requirements meetings and support the squad in making technical decisions.
  • Responsible for suggesting new tools and technologies to solve problems.
  • Guarantee critical flows in your product or services.
  • Actively contribute to the Backend Chapter and disseminate technical knowledge.
  • Help with the career development of other professional developers.
  • Identification, prioritization, and resolution of technical debts and bugs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language and its main frameworks, with Python being a plus.
  • Experience in systems architectural styles, architecture concepts, API and capabilities, cloud platforms, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in IAC technologies, system modeling, monitoring tools, metrics, and observability.
  • Experience in Agile framework and DevOps culture, automation, and main tools.
