Lead Process Engineer

The role is responsible for managing Process Engineering activities at a site. This involves overseeing key elements and activities of the site's Process Safety Management (PSM) program, including calorimetry studies, chemical reaction hazards assessment, pressure relief verifications, HAZOP, LOPA, MAH management, etc.
This position supports the development of an integrated PSM system using high-quality risk analysis tools and manages MAH identification and documentation, such as PFDs and P&IDs. Additionally, it champions the Management of Change (MOC) process for the site and leads plant process design activities and supports capital projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Chemical Engineering degree and 10-15 years of experience in process and/or project management in hazardous chemical plants. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced English language skills are also required. SAP knowledge is desirable.
