Job Title: Social Media Community Specialist

**About the Role:**
As a Social Media Community Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to think strategically.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Maintain consistent brand imagery and tone of voice across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to launch partnership campaigns.
  • Engage with influencers, interact with their content, and foster strong relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, creating reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Implement and manage social media paid strategies to maximize reach and performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
