**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and audit social media conversations on platforms including Reddit, Quora, Facebook communities, and Instagram threads.
- Identify relevant discussions and opportunities to showcase our company's products or services.
- Engage in conversations and provide valuable insights, positioning our brand as an industry expert.
- Create and maintain a database of potential engagement opportunities across different platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement in online communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Track and report on the impact of community engagement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Reddit, Quora, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of social media etiquette and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics tools.

**Nice to have**:

- Ability to quickly grasp complex scientific concepts related to peptide therapy and communicate them effectively to a general audience.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in peptide therapy and related fields.
- Experience in content creation and copywriting.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with our industry and target audience.
