Leadership Role:
The Director Physician Practice oversees regional operations, providing supervision and direction of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for financial performance, budget development, revenue management, and labor productivity.
- Develops business plans and strategic initiatives to enhance growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborates with physician and administrative leadership to develop and grow clinical programs.
- Partners in strategy and execution with stakeholders, reviewing and managing operational KPIs.
- Identifies opportunities to improve patient experience and care transitions.
- Addresses performance issues promptly and appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or healthcare management.
- 5 years relevant experience in a physician office practice setting and supervisory experience directing others' work.
- Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change.
- Strong leadership and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in transactional and transformational leadership.
- Able to partner with stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Excellent computer skills, EMR, and Microsoft Office suite.
