Role Overview

As a Global Inclusion Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Regional Leadership: Act as the primary consultant and project manager for D&I strategy implementation within the Latin America region.
  • Program Development: Design, implement, and assess D&I programs that foster a culture of belonging and equal opportunity for all employees.
  • Employee Resource Groups: Serve as the global point of contact for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing support and guidance to enhance their impact.
  • Compliance Management: Oversee the execution of compliance initiatives, including Affirmative Action Plans and anti-harassment training.
  • Employee Engagement: Create and execute strategies to engage employees at all levels, promoting an inclusive workplace.
  • Training Initiatives: Develop and deliver training programs aimed at raising awareness and promoting inclusive behaviors.
  • Communication: Prepare presentations and compile data for various communications, including speeches and publications.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external organizations to enhance D&I initiatives and share industry knowledge.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze D&I metrics to identify trends and assess the effectiveness of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in D&I management or a related field, preferably within a multinational context.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of D&I principles and relevant employment laws.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in engaging diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Cultural Competency: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish is a plus.
