Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement proactive incident preparedness strategies, including tabletop exercises, incident response plans, and response maturity assessments.
- Review and enhance crisis management, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Design and deliver engaging tabletop exercises, followed by detailed analysis and recommendations in post-exercise reports.
- Lead and contribute to incident preparedness and other cybersecurity initiatives.
- Perform occasional travel as required to meet business demands (approximately 20%).
- 8+ years of experience in incident preparedness and/or incident response consulting with a strong passion for cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex engagements, including scoping and interfacing with clients.
- Incident response consulting experience is essential; incident preparedness experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
