Centralized Clinical Research Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Centralized Monitoring functional lead with expertise in RBQM methodologies.
- Develop centralized monitoring plans, generate findings reports, and manage review timelines.
- Communicate and work with study teams, ensuring reviews are complete and risks are mitigated.
- Contribute to risk assessments and participate in cross-functional review meetings.
- Track evidence of issues, signals, and potential risks, providing training and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical monitoring, data management, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered.
Working Environment:
- Work effectively with diverse groups, communicating complex information clearly.
- Prioritize multiple projects under pressure, working upright, stationary, and/or standing for typical working hours.
- Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds, using standard office equipment and technology proficiently.
The work schedule is standard (Mon-Fri) and the environmental conditions are office-based.
