Instructional Designer Position

This is a challenging role that involves creating engaging online learning solutions for our customers. Your primary task will be to design and develop innovative learning activities that are integrated into our Learning Management System (LMS).

The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, including adult learning theory, instructional technology, and online andragogy. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who can contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teams rapidly release high-quality courseware. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design best practices, including storyboard development and complex assessment item creation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing initial planning documents for online learning solutions, including courses, videos, games, simulations, and assessments. They will also work closely with publishing teams to ensure seamless integration of courseware.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or comparable work experience.
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology is preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in instructional design principles, including adult learning theory, instructional technology, and online andragogy.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques.
