We are seeking a skilled Learning Content Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing learning solutions that drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About the Role:- Design effective learning modules using multiple approaches.
- Implement learning content and measure KPIs using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create engaging learning experiences using Learning Design Systems (LDS) platforms.
- Support instructor-led training with high-quality training content.
- Develop learning communication pieces (reports, invites, and announcements).
You'll collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to integrate your content into our learning management system. You'll monitor learner progress and feedback to optimize the effectiveness of your training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging content.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
