The Talent Centre of Excellence is undergoing a transformational process, embarking on an exciting journey towards building a Talent and Learning ecosystem that supports people development and drives business results.
This expert role focuses on learning advisory, needs analysis, and learning product development. Additionally, it entails stakeholder management, reporting, and analysis, financial management, and operational support for strategic learning initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the Learning strategy and organizational Learning agenda in collaboration with the Head of Learning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBPs to identify impactful Learning solutions and products.
- Be a reference point for learning topics, research, market trends, tools, and methodologies.
As a subject matter expert, you will report to the Head of Learning and collaborate with a wide group of Learning, Talent, and HR Professionals and the Business.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or more than 8 years in an expert L&D role.
- Demonstrated experience in learning functions: needs detection, content curation, and learning architecture, competencies, learning operations, authoring tools, and kickstarting and managing initiatives.
