Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in learning advisory, need analysis, and product development to join our team. This is an expert-level position that requires strong analytical and data management skills, as well as the ability to drive business-centric outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing impactful learning solutions and products, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and contributing to setting capability plans and learning curriculum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and solution-oriented individual who can deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or more than 8 years in an expert L&D role with a track record of successfully advising business on learning products and services.
  • Demonstrated experience in learning functions: needs detection, content curation, learning architecture, competencies, learning operations, authoring tools, kickstarting, and managing initiatives.
  • Depth of experience in online instructional designing, learning architecture, digital learning platforms, and technology-enhanced learning.
  • Focused driver with a solution-oriented approach and ability to deliver business-centric outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • MS Office proficient, especially in SharePoint and Excel.
  • Technology savvy.
  • HRIS, LMS, LXP knowledge.
  • Content design, instructional design, learning architecture knowledge.
