Learning Development Strategist

As a seasoned Learning and Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge and skills of our employees. You will work closely with HR and business partners to understand their priorities and needs, and develop targeted learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies for your region/product/function
- Conduct analysis of current versus future state gaps and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal/external designers to design, develop, execute, and measure learning solutions
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain relationships with HR and business partners to ensure alignment and success
- 6-10 years' experience in Learning and Development
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a learning and development role, with at least 2 years in a financial services environment
