Senior Learning Strategist Role

The position of Senior Learning Strategist is responsible for spearheading and developing tailored learning initiatives across multiple teams in North America and globally. This role involves consulting with key stakeholders to identify aligned learning objectives and develop strategic plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurable learning goals.
  • Partner with fast-paced enablement teams to create innovative content.
  • Ensure learning path alignment across various programs.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to identify their specific enablement needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Deliver training sessions to program participants.
Requirements:
  • Experience in functional or technical roles with 3-6 years overall experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with team members and clients.
  • Willingness to travel regionally with some national travel required.
