Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving success by identifying and addressing learning gaps that impact employee performance.

As a key member of the People team, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders to develop actionable insights and design learning initiatives that build and strengthen skills required for targeted roles and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep knowledge about specific functions and businesses through department townhalls, team meeting shadowing, and other engagement opportunities.
  • Build actionable learning insights as part of the team and individual learning plan development.
  • Adopt suitable learning approaches and methodologies according to the team's changing needs and pace in learning.
  • Design learning initiatives that build and strengthen skills required for the targeted roles and functions in the team.
  • Review and rethink learning approaches and methodologies to support how team and individuals can better perform in their roles over designated observation periods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or higher.
  • Fluent English language skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in facilitation, training, and/or public speaking.
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Illustrator) are a plus.
