Job Title: Strategic Learning Director

About the Role:

The Strategic Learning Director is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
  • Develop targeted learning programs that enhance performance and career progression, aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the creation of training frameworks, including leadership development, functional upskilling, and soft skills enhancement
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to build a strong learning culture, promoting a proactive approach to talent planning and development

This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, who can adapt to changing business needs and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Deep understanding of learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and training program design
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven expertise in coaching, facilitation, and change management, with a track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives
