About the role:
The primary objective of this position is to drive business growth by achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial: Manage personal expenses accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to financial policies.
- Sales:
- Develop and execute sales promotion campaigns.
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce and actively move these opportunities to closure.
- Prioritize accounts, continuously research customers and market to inform activity and ensure maximum returns.
- Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Channel: Build and maintain commercial relationships in the territory.
- Compliance: Embody professional values and ethics to ensure all compliance policies are enforced, fostering ethical behaviors within the market and reporting any issues promptly and fully to relevant colleagues.
- Reporting duties: Prepare reports detailing sales activities, competitor activity, product feedback, market trends, opportunity pipeline, and top opportunities.
About you:
You will have experience in delivering business development, sales plans, and targets in publishing and assessment. As our next learning and development professional, you will possess excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
- Be educated to degree level in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
- Have a thorough understanding of the local education market.
- Desirable B1 level in English (or above), and B2 (or above) in local language.
- Be financially literate.
- Have high standards of ethical behavior and an ability to lead by example.
- Have good presentation skills.
