Job Description

As a Learning & Development Lead, you will design and implement training programs and resources to enhance the skills of sales professionals, leveraging business priorities and goals. Your focus will be on education and development, not clinical education.

  • Design or adapt learner-focused instructional materials such as micro-learning modules, curricula and eLearning.
  • Deliver blended learning solutions for digital on-demand, live face-to-face and virtual facilitator-led training.
  • Provide specific and relevant feedback to learners and their supervisors to increase learning transfer and sales effectiveness.
  • Maximize the use of digital learning platforms to create a good hybrid learning experience.
  • Measure, track and communicate training effectiveness and progress updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years in Sales or Marketing roles.
  • Successful experience in sales training, learning and development, and sales coaching is required.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Certification in Integrity Selling, Sales coaching and Adult Learning Principles is preferred.
  • A collaborative team-player with ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to learn, navigate and propose new innovative learning solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PPT and Excel in an advanced level.
Requirements

This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (30% of time).
