Instructional Designer Role

As an Instructional Designer at a leading organization, you will play a key role in creating innovative learning solutions that engage and motivate our audience. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design flexible solutions that address the unique needs of learners.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline & Rise. You will be responsible for developing engaging learning content, incorporating assessment and quiz elements, and ensuring that learning solutions result in the intended business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging learning content using various instructional design methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning objectives and requirements
  • Develop assessments and quizzes to measure learner engagement and understanding
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and outcomes
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality learning solutions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline & Rise
