Job Title: Senior Learning Business Partner

The Role:

As a Senior Learning Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams and business units to analyze and design end-to-end learning experiences that meet business objectives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create tailored solutions that drive performance improvement and support the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic plans to address them
  • Design and deliver customized learning experiences that align with business objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A deep understanding of adult learning principles and experience in designing and delivering training programs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as education, communications, or organizational development
