Senior Learning Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and implementing learning initiatives to support the success of our consulting, education, and support teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and consultative approach to identifying and prioritizing requirements.

We are seeking a proactive individual who can work effectively across the organization, build strong relationships, and drive program success. This position requires excellent stakeholder management skills, presentation, training, and group facilitation skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish is desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning initiatives to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback efforts to inform learning strategy
  • Maintain and update enablement content to ensure relevance and accuracy
