This role is part of a larger initiative to establish a comprehensive Talent and Learning ecosystem.
- Support the development of strategic learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify impactful learning solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities- Drive the learning strategy and organizational learning agenda.
- Manage key account relationships for all learning activities.
- Develop and implement learning programs that meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or more than 8 years in an expert L&D position.
- Demonstrated experience in learning functions such as needs detection, content curation, and learning operations.
- Strong communication, project, and program management skills.
A high level of expertise in areas including online instructional design, learning architecture, and digital learning platforms would be beneficial.
