We are seeking a highly skilled Area Operations Manager to join our team at America At Work. As the Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the output of our Service & Repair Centre to defined quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining Best Operating Practices and ISO procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the output of the Service & Repair Centre to defined quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Implement and maintain Best Operating Practices and ISO procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Project Management experience with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced English language skills (C1 level).
- Knowledge of Power Generation and Renewable Energies.
- Experience working in Latin America or with LATAM countries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology.
- Knowledge of Energy and Power Generation industries.
