Scientist II, Clinical Operations Role

Kenvue is a leading global healthcare company that is currently recruiting for a Scientist II, Clinical Operations role.

This position is based in São José dos Campos, Brazil, and is part of our Consumer Health division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical operations activities, including study management and monitoring, to ensure compliance with GCP guidelines and company standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and implement clinical study plans, including protocol development, informed consent forms, and essential clinical documents.
  • Collaborate with global study teams and external service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of clinical studies.
  • Prepare and review clinical study reports, including statistical analysis plans and case report forms.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, including quality and security assessments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience as an independent Clinical Study Manager, including protocol development, informed consent forms, and electronic trial master file management.
  • Advanced English language skills, including spoken and written communication.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
