Job Summary

CMA CGM seeks a skilled container damage analyst to analyze and recover repair amounts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Comex or related fields, and a minimum of 2 years experience in shipping and/or transportation or equivalent exposure.

Key skills include container damage analysis, dispute resolution, import damage management, audit and collection, and communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers with dispute analysis and charges.
  • Identify, analyze, and invoice import damages, as well as audit empty units and collect recovery.
  • Align information and request documents with ports of origin about units with missing and damaged parts.
  • Notify customers and collect processes in Outstanding.
  • Generate reports for management and forward cases for due analysis of HO Recovery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Comex or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in shipping and/or transportation or equivalent exposure.
  • Good level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • English intermediate to advanced level is essential, while Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.
