Business Risk Protection Specialist

We operate in a world where intricate risks are becoming increasingly complex and interconnected. From cyber-attacks to climate change impacts, major risks require tailored solutions to protect businesses.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Evaluation: Conduct thorough reviews of client operations, identifying potential exposures and controls.
  • Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to develop customised risk management programmes.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Generate comprehensive reports, outlining key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Survey Analysis: Analyse data from client operations, identify areas of concern, discuss findings with relevant parties, and provide actionable insights.
  • Third-Party Management: Establish and monitor partnerships, ensuring adequate contracts and controls are in place with clear objectives.
  • Project Support: Assist clients and internal teams with respect to ongoing or specific projects, supporting technical training presentations as required.

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience / Expertise:
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology (PhD is an advantage).
  • Business Continuity Management and end-to-end digital value chain expertise.
  • Information Security and IT Security knowledge.
  • Industry experience in digitalisation, focusing on Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems.
  • Familiarity with ICT Management Systems and risk assessment methods and tools.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry or consulting firms.
  • Strong digital and analytical skills.
  • Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, both written and verbally.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is an asset.
