We are embarking on an ambitious project to build a platform for global food and consumer product delivery.
About the RoleThis position is critical in ensuring the success of our initiative. As an API Onboarding Operation Analyst, you will play a vital role in building our operations in Brazil, where speed and quality are essential.
Responsibilities and Duties- Assist in integrating external API service providers, ensuring seamless and compliant processes under guidance.
- Support testing and documentation of APIs, helping identify areas for improvement and contributing to iterative feature development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and track progress.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and internal knowledge base updates.
- Learn industry-standard API products and operational best practices to grow expertise over time.
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, E-commerce, or related fields preferred).
- Understanding of API technologies and interest in B2B product operations.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, with working proficiency in English (able to read/write documentation and handle basic communication).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; proficiency in office tools.
- Learner with good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
