Job Overview
\We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality self-service tutorials, monitoring feedback, and analyzing results.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and implement self-service tutorials for customers and support agents\
- Monitor feedback and suggestions for continuous content improvement\
- Produce quantitative and qualitative reports on results achieved\
- Capture device screenshots, create and update tutorial steps, track sessions, visits, and ratings\
- Present ideas to clients and suggest improvements based on comments and ratings\
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure consistency of text styles, source images, and content tone\
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to different audiences\
- Research technology industry trends and bring improvements and new opportunities for content\
- Analyze monthly content data and create a report with qualitative analysis of results achieved\
- Participate in sprints and recurring meetings with the internal team and/or client\
- Ensure task alignment, clarify content, and explore new opportunities\
- Advocate for improvements and opportunities with clients\
- Translate technical concepts into simplified language for different audiences\
- Identify improvements based on data and feedback\
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level minimum)\
- Excellent writing skills in Portuguese with a focus on clarity, objectivity, and accessible language\
- Proficiency in content creation software, tutorial tools, and online content platforms\
- Basic knowledge of web content creation is a plus\
- A bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Data or Systems Analysis is a plus\
- Courses or certifications in UX Writing, Technical Writing, Communication, or related fields are preferred\
- Experience working collaboratively with technical teams such as back-end, front-end, UX, and BI\
- Corporate communication skills for client interactions, presenting results, and advocating for opportunities and improvements\
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge content using digital content metrics (GA4)\
- Ability to work collaboratively with the internal technical team
