This is an exciting opportunity to lead recruitment efforts and support employee experience initiatives in Latam.
We are seeking a talented HR professional to attract top talent aligned with our culture and business needs, while also contributing to a positive employee experience.
This position reports to the regional HR Manager of a multinational company with 19,000 employees worldwide and approximately 2,000 in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across various departments.
- Monitoring and analyzing Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Supporting internal communication and employer branding initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Preparing management reports to keep leadership informed of recruitment activities.
- Collaborating with other HR functions when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration (preferably in Human Sciences).
- Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection and strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition tools and processes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required for communication with global stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Initiative, organization, and adaptability.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
