Requirements:

  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in database administration, preferably in a quick-service restaurant or retail environment.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of database management systems, including Micros and GAAP.
  3. Data Integration: Experience with data integration and API connectivity, including Uber Eats, Mr. D, and Yumbi.
  4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  5. Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
  6. Flexibility: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (if required).

Nice to Have:

  1. GAAP Experience: Experience with GAAP and other financial systems.
  2. ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management.
  3. Certification: Certification in database administration or a related field (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional).
