Campus Retail Associate Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment as a Campus Retail Associate. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting store operations to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Greet customers and ensure a positive shopping experience through personalized interactions.
  • Support store operations by operating equipment and cash registers, ensuring quick and accurate transactions.
  • Maintain store appearance by shelving, cleaning, and organizing products effectively.
Physical Demands:
  • Move frequently within the store to access different areas.
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Lift frequently; occasionally reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders safely.

Please note that this role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and peak periods.
