Campus Retail Associate Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our campus store team as a Campus Retail Associate. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting store leaders to ensure optimal store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Sales Transactions: Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions.
  • Store Operations: Take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and merchandising products effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store leaders and colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Seasonal Positions: This role requires flexibility in scheduling to work during peak periods (e.g., semester starts and ends), occasional weekends, and varying shifts during the school year.
