Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform the activities ofthe CDV of Fortaleza cell of internal controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing capabilities and managing through KPIs all activities such as front line (receipt process), accounts, internal controls, policies and procedures. They will ensure the accuracy of the information and work with the team as a second line of defense to ensure that internal controls meet the needs of the business, mitigating or anticipating any risks. Additionally, they will report and provide information to senior leaders and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The Opportunity
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or a related field.
  • Specialized training or certifications in auditing, inspection services, or people management.
  • Experience in accounting and tax knowledge, as well as proficiency in Excel and SAP/FAS systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
