Job Opportunity

A skilled individual will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including receiving and verifying incoming invoices for purchased parts.

• Purchasing and Inventory Management: Verify the accuracy of incoming invoices for purchased parts, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a well-organized warehouse to facilitate efficient picking, separation, and dispatch of parts.
• Picking and Dispatch: Perform picking, separation, and dispatch of parts according to instructions from supervisors.
• Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports and feedback to stakeholders.

• Warehouse Operations: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices is essential.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• EWP Knowledge: Familiarity with EWP parts is beneficial.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
• Export/Import Procedures: Experience with import/export procedures in Brazil is advantageous.
