About this opportunity:

This is a finance support role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issuing invoices for equipment sales, transportation, returns, demonstrations or repairs based on sales contracts and agreements.
  • Collecting equipment and parts sales receivables and updating statement lists for clients.
  • Updating write-off sheets for accounting agents weekly and sharing bank receipts with the team every Friday.
  • Collecting all purchase documents to arrange payments, including warehouse rent and importation expenses.
  • Sharing all invoices weekly with financial specialists, including equipment-related and supplier invoices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience as a finance assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in written English.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
