Job Role: Financial Operations Coordinator

This role involves supporting the financial activities of a leading manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have experience as a finance administrator/specialist and strong knowledge of financial regulations, local policies, and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with third-party financial companies and HQ teams to ensure timely accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Manage vendor communication and relations, including follow-ups.
  • Control company costs and supervise vehicle use.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a finance administrator/specialist or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Skills Required:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Deep knowledge of taxation in Brazil.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively.
