About the role:

As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the financial activities of our organization. Your responsibilities will include liaising with external financial companies, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and reconciling financial records. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will contribute significantly to the overall success of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with third-party financial companies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Analyze, audit, summarize, and report on financial data related to vendors and customers to guarantee timely accounts payable and receivable.
  • Schedule, audit, manage approvals, and report for Accounts Payable to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices for customer orders on parts and equipment and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Manage vendor communication and relations, including follow-ups to foster strong partnerships.
  • Control company costs and supervise vehicle use to optimize resource allocation.
  • Assist and communicate with the accounting team regarding bookkeeping, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage company expenses regularly as defined by our financial policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Administrator/Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, local financial policies, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
