We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions, managing accounts receivable and payable, and providing support to the accounting team.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Process and verify invoices for equipment sales, transportation, returns, and repairs.
- Collect and update receivable information from clients.
- Gather and review purchase documents for accurate payment processing.
- Share weekly invoice reports with the financial specialist.
- Input expense, purchase, and equipment-related invoices into the ERP system by the designated deadline.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in finance or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent written English skills.
