Lead Recruiter for Swedish Tech Sector

We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to identify and connect with talented engineers in Sweden. With its high standard of living and shortage of skilled professionals, this is an ideal opportunity to contribute to the growth of our clients.
You will be part of a global team of recruiters and supported by a senior management team in Sweden, as well as a relocation coordination team that handles logistical tasks. Our clients are primarily involved in software development, research and development, cybersecurity, and more.
To succeed in this role, you will require at least 5 years of experience in recruitment or similar technical expertise, along with a strong network of local engineering talent within IT and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a flexible mindset, high-quality service delivery, brand awareness, and knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
This is a full-time position with a long-term contract, offering flexibility to work from home or a co-location center of your choice. You will receive a competitive remuneration package starting at $1200 USD per month, plus benefits such as paid national holidays, vacation days, reimbursed travel expenses, and housing allowances.
