AI Leadership Role

This is a senior-level position that oversees the development of data and AI-powered solutions. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and driving innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams and projects
  • Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Lead and mentor teams to foster collaboration and growth
  • Support strategy teams in identifying and implementing robust AI strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce innovations to teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Help develop the company's GenAI engineering practice
Qualifications:
  • Strong technical expertise in software engineering and coding best practices
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with data science concepts
  • Deep understanding of data science, including Generative AI and LLMs
  • Experience managing teams and growing people through coaching and feedback
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and simplify technology for non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations and advocating for the best use of AI and Data practices
  • Familiarity with Agile techniques for managing work and quality assurance
