Brazil Oncology Clinical Trials Business Development Specialist

Massive Bio, a pioneering health-tech startup founded to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation, is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will be vital in focusing on the company's clinical trial enrollment services and visiting Hematologist/Oncologist offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating, nurturing, and managing provider networks to build patient identification channels.
- Identifying and supporting agreements for potential strategic partnership opportunities for the company to expand its operations in Brazil.
- Identifying and supporting agreements for referring hospitals and physicians strategically located in proximity to recruiting sites for the clinical trials that the company is contracted for.
- Promoting and presenting the company's services to the provider network and following up processes regularly.
- Following up on referrals of patients from these providers to enroll patients in clinical trials that the company is contracted for.
- Providing patient engagement support for patients coming from direct-to-patient channels including patient calls and medical records collection.
- Managing patient referral and retention.
- Providing timely input to the company's CRM system about field activities; follow-up communication with physicians; reporting results to internal leadership and team members.
