Reliable Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliable Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an expert in system administration and engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and operate high-quality systems that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving issues that impact system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement monitoring systems using Datadog and other tools to guarantee optimal system performance.
  2. Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python to streamline system administration tasks and reduce manual effort.
  3. Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and resolve complex technical issues that impact system reliability and performance.
  4. Maintain and improve existing infrastructure running on EKS/K8S, Docker Swarm, and Terraform/Helm.
  5. Implement new technologies and integrations in our Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system capabilities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role with a strong background in system administration and engineering.
  • Expertise in working with AWS Cloud, EKS/Terraform/Helm, and Docker Swarm to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Python to automate system administration tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture to ensure optimal system performance.
