Our company is seeking a skilled Safety and Compliance Professional to join our team in LATAM. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with us to drive safety excellence and compliance within our organization.

The role of the Safety and Compliance Professional will be crucial in ensuring that our operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. Your primary responsibility will be to implement corporate safety policies and procedures, while also staying up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain fire safety regulations aligned with local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards.
  • Develop and regularly update crisis management frameworks and emergency response plans.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage security suppliers through compliance monitoring, performance evaluations, and satisfaction benchmarking.
  • Provide expert assistance for office safety within the area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience as a safety manager.
  • Excellence in communication and teamwork.
  • Execution based on results-driving.
  • A quick thinker with high accountability, positive outlook and capacity for learning.
  • A wide viewpoint of settling critical disputes in complicated situations.
  • Excellent Reporting skills (written/verbal) and business-level English proficiency.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Basic knowledge of civil and criminal law principles.
  • Williness to frequent business travel.
