Compliance and Risk Program

A fixed-term opportunity for early career professionals to gain hands-on experience in Web3 risk management.

As a participant, you will gain insight into the inner workings of a leading blockchain ecosystem, developing transferable skills and expanding your professional network.

The program emphasizes networking, development, and collaboration, helping participants build a strong foundation in compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risks.
  • Analyze data, identify gaps, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Manage Compliance governance committees, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports, compiling data, summarizing insights, and proofreading.
  • Participate in training programs related to Compliance and other relevant subjects.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Work with compliance applications such as Refinitiv World-Check and Google applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Science, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law in crypto is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex subjects through comprehensive reading.
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions and locations.
  • Demonstrate learning agility, critical thinking, and innovation.
  • Crypto enthusiast.
  • Results-driven attitude and creative problem-solving skills are appreciated.
