Job Title: Health and Safety Site Director At our company, we recognize the significance of climate change and the growing demand for renewable energy. As a leader in floating technologies for the oil and gas industry, we are committed to implementing sustainable practices and ensuring the well-being of our employees. The primary objective of the Health and Safety Site Director is to oversee the effective implementation of the safe system of work on the project site. This involves monitoring day-to-day activities and providing expertise to project personnel and contracted shipyards. Main Responsibilities:  
  • To provide expert advice on occupational health and hygiene matters related to the EPC project, in line with the project HSSE manager's instructions.
  • To identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects.
 Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:  
  • A degree in Health and Safety Management or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience as a Site HSSE professional in the Oil and Gas industry or offshore shipbuilding industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the work being performed on a worksite and associated hazards.
  • Emergency/Incident Management experience.
  • Advanced skills in PP, Excel, and Word.
  • Fluent in English.
 In order to succeed in this challenging role, you should possess excellent leadership skills, have a strong commitment to safety, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
