Job Description:

We are seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and standardization initiatives across our operations.

You will have a deep understanding of logistics operations, lean six sigma methodology, process improvement methodologies, and change management. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive operational safety, quality, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that supports business objectives and drives continuous improvement within the operation and stakeholders.
  • Be a partner in delivering training programs with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology specifications according to Lean integrator guidelines.
  • Using Lean six sigma tools like RCA, 5whys, SMED, VSM-Value stream mapping, Mapping, and promoting Kaizen for analysis and training for all sectors to improve daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • English Intermediate to advanced (writing, listening, and speaking).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.
