Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ownership of routing policies within the IP + MPLS backbones, providing expert support for fault management issues, and training operational teams on new technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of networking, software development, and telecommunications, with experience in complex routing issues, risk management, and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey key messages effectively are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of routing policies within IP + MPLS backbones
  • Expert support for fault management issues
  • Training operational teams on new technologies
  • Complex routing issue resolution and troubleshooting
  • Risk management and mitigation

Essential Qualifications:

  • Telecommunications or Computer Science degree
  • Vast knowledge of networking
  • Experience in software development with Python programming
  • Git, CICD, and automated testing experience
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
